who can connect with prospects, generate leads, and support our sales team by promoting our IT based solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT software services and Zoho solutions
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-ups
Understand customer requirements and explain relevant software solutions
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for demos and meetings
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and partners
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets
Follow up with existing leads to convert them into business opportunities
Requirements & Skills :
Female candidate only
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong confidence and persuasive telesales skills
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and client interaction
Good computer skills and familiarity with Excel
Ability to understand client needs and present solutions clearly
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
