Telesales Intern

who's confident on the phone, good with people, and hungry to learn.

What You'll Be Doing:



Call leads and assist them in understanding our services Explain procedures, pricing, and clinic options clearly and confidently Follow up with interested users and guide them through the booking process Maintain call logs, feedback, and lead conversion reports Collaborate with the sales and operations team to improve the user journey Represent the brand in a friendly, trustworthy, and professional tone

Who You Are:



A confident communicator with excellent Hindi and English speaking skills Comfortable making 50-70 calls a day Good listener, persuasive, and empathetic Self-motivated and eager to learn about healthcare & aesthetics Bonus: Prior experience in inside sales, customer support, or BPO
