About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Build strong relationships with the new and existing portfolio of clients
2. Manage customer service & ensure customer retention
3. Achieve and exceed sales goals & KPIs set by the manager
4. Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow up
5. Ensure customer satisfaction & completion of tasks as per deadline, including reporting to the development team on fixes needed and other feedback
