About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Speak to industry experts to understand their views on the current market
2. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our service using scripts
3. Answer questions about services or the company
4. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
5. Assist with direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
6. Enter and update customer information in the database
7. Take and process orders in an accurate manner
8. Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
9. Go the 'extra mile' to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
10. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
