We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our Settlement Department as Customer Advisors (Telesales). In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their financial challenges, and offering appropriate settlement solutions over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding their outstanding loans or credit cards.

Understand customers' financial situations and explain the available settlement options.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Follow up with interested leads and ensure timely conversion.

Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the team leader.

Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines during calls.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?21,000.00 per month
