We are hiring Telecallers for our outbound insurance sales process. Your job will be to call customers, explain insurance products and convert leads into sales.

Responsibilities

:

Make outbound calls to customers.

Explain insurance products.

Convince customers and close sales.

Follow up with interested leads.

Meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

:

12th pass or Any graduate.

Good communication Convincing and Negotiation skills.

Freshers are welcome.

Experience in Sales , Marketing or insurance is a plus.

Fixed Salary Plus Incentives based on performance.
