Role Overview

Health Insurance Tele Sales Associates

. In this role, you will engage with customers, promote health insurance products, and contribute to business growth while building a rewarding career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell health insurance plans. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Clearly explain policy benefits, features, and terms. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain CRM records and manage customer queries professionally.
Requirements

Education

: Graduate (any stream).

Languages

: English + Telugu / Kannada / Marathi (mandatory).

Experience

: 6 months-1 year in Tele Sales / Insurance Sales preferred. Freshers with excellent communication and persuasion skills are welcome. Must be energetic, confident, and target-driven. Strong persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Position Details

CTC

: Up to ₹3.0 LPA + Incentives

Shift Timings

: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Working Days

: 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off)
