We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive

Telecaller

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have

excellent English communication skills

and the ability to engage potential customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients. Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information. Pitch products/services and generate leads or sales. Maintain customer records and update CRM software. Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction. Meet daily/weekly targets and performance benchmarks.

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written English

is a must. Commerce Background Recommended. Banking Experience is a Plus. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred. Ability to work in

Australian shift timings

(7AM IST to 3PM IST). Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools is a plus.
