Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English

Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
Ability to work in
Australian shift timings
(morning shift as per IST).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools is a plus.
