Telesales Head (Female)
to lead our telesales operations. The ideal candidate will drive conversions, manage the team, and ensure high-quality client engagement for our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop sales scripts, strategies, and lead conversion plans.
Monitor team performance and optimize sales processes using CRM tools.
Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams for seamless lead management.
Handle key client interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Recruit, train, and guide telesales executives.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in telesales leadership, preferably in real estate.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead conversion processes.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
