Fomra Housing and Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and articulate Telesales Executive with prior real estate experience to join our team in Anna Nagar East. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, engaging with prospective clients, sharing detailed project information, and supporting the sales team with lead management and coordination. Key Responsibilities
Generate and validate leads through proactive calling.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Maintain accurate call records and update internal systems/Google Sheets.
Provide project information and address customer queries via phone and email.
Schedule appointments and site visits for prospective buyers.
Follow up on leads to encourage conversion and maintain engagement.
Support the sales and marketing team in basic coordination and follow-ups.
Ensure a positive and professional client experience at all times. Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree preferred.
3 5 years of experience in telesales or customer support within the real estate industry.
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations.
Ability to handle multiple calls, follow-ups, and time-sensitive tasks efficiently. Work Environment & Benefits
