Responsibilities:
What You'll Do Every Day (Job Roles)
Follow Up on Leads:
Call all the given leads and communicate with people who have shown interest in our properties so they don't lose track of us.
Talk to Customers:
Make outbound phone calls to explain our projects (like apartments, plots etc) and know their requirements and pitch our projects.
Plan Site Visits:
Help interested people book a time to come and see the projects in person.
Be the Friendly Voice:
Build trust by being professional and helpful whenever you talk to a potential buyer.
Keep Records:
Use our simple computer system (CRM) to note down who you called and what they said.
Hit Your Goals:
Work hard to meet your monthly target of getting a certain number of people to visit the site.
Report Your Progress:
Give a quick daily or weekly update to the team on how many calls you made and how many visits you booked.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
Ensure the desired number of site visits are scheduled per month for the projects.
Qualify leads effectively to ensure a high conversion rate for site visits.
Coordinate seamlessly with the marketing and sales teams to stay informed on project updates and lead progress.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM systems.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and information.
A proactive and results-oriented "go-getter" attitude.
