Job Overview
The
Senior Presales Manager
will lead the presales function, ensuring efficient lead management, client engagement, and collaboration between marketing and sales teams. This role involves developing strategies to maximize lead conversion, managing the presales team, and enhancing customer experience through proactive communication and process excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor the presales team, ensuring timely follow-ups, effective communication, and achievement of conversion targets.
Lead Management:
Oversee end-to-end lead handling--from inquiry to site visit and handover to sales--ensuring optimal conversion ratios.
Strategy & Planning:
Develop presales strategies aligned with marketing campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion efficiency.
CRM Oversight:
Monitor CRM data accuracy, track lead performance metrics, and provide insights to management for process improvement.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Coordinate closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns, feedback loops, and customer engagement.
Customer Engagement:
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by ensuring prompt communication, personalized follow-ups, and smooth transitions through the sales funnel.
Reporting & Analysis:
Generate and analyze weekly and monthly presales reports to evaluate team performance and lead effectiveness.
Process Optimization:
Identify and implement automation tools, scripts, and templates to streamline presales operations.
Training & Development:
Conduct regular training sessions for presales executives on communication skills, product knowledge, and CRM best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Experience:
5-8 years of experience in presales or sales operations within the
real estate industry
, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth understanding of the real estate sales cycle and customer journey.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and MS Office.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve processes.
Goal-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
