Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain solar rooftop solutions.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and fix appointments for field sales teams.
Maintain and update customer database/CRM with accurate information.
Follow up with interested customers and ensure timely responses.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Support the sales team in achieving overall business goals.
