looking for passionate and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join us.

Key Responsibilities

:

? Call and convert potential leads, abandoned cart users, and existing CRM contacts to

complete purchases.

? Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate health & wellness products.

? Provide accurate product information and assist in order confirmation.

? Maintain strong follow-up practices to increase conversions and customer satisfaction.

? Build rapport with customers to promote long-term loyalty and repeat business.

? Record customer interactions and sales activity in CRM tools.

? Work closely with dietitians and the sales team to align efforts and maximize customer

satisfaction.

? Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Minimum 6 months of telesales/inside sales experience (preferably in e-commerce,

wellness, or D2C).

? Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English).

? Ability to understand customer requirements and provide tailored product

recommendations.

? Target-driven and self-motivated individual with a consultative selling approach.

? Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

? Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
