About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused

Telesales Executives

to join our growing insurance team in Begumpet, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining insurance products, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain various insurance plans. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance products (Health, Motor, Life, etc.). Maintain a database of leads and follow up for conversions. Build strong customer relationships and ensure high client satisfaction. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Prior experience in telesales /insurance sales will be an added advantage. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
