Job Description

As a BDE, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships, and converting prospects into clients. You will play a crucial role in marketing our IT services and solutions , ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, following up on leads, and engaging in networking activities.

Sales Pitch:

Deliver compelling sales presentations to highlight the features and benefits of our IT services.

Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and implement sales initiatives.

Reporting:

Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and market feedback to management.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Marketing or any related field.

Experience:

Previous experience as a BDE/BDA or a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi

Persuasion Skills:

Strong ability to engage customers and close sales.

Organizational Skills

: Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
