Follow up with potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, and email
Maintain high call volume and convert cold leads into warm leads
2. Client Qualification
Ask eligibility questions (education, experience, language, etc.)
Assess the client's interest and suitability for immigration programs
Schedule appointments with senior immigration consultants
3. Sales & Conversion
Provide accurate information about immigration pathways
Persuade clients to proceed with paid assessments or consultations
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Handle objections professionally and maintain confidence
4. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain records of all conversations in CRM
Follow up with interested leads until closure
Offer exceptional customer service to build trust and long-term relationships
5. Compliance & Transparency
Adhere to company guidelines and legal standards
Provide honest, ethical information--no false promises
Stay updated on immigration trends and visa program changes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Basic understanding of immigration processes (training provided)
Ability to handle high-volume calling & meet targets
Confident, energetic, and customer-focused personality
Good computer skills (CRM, MS Office, WhatsApp Business, email)
