. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in real estate Telesales, and the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases/leads.
Introduce and explain residential project details, benefits, and USPs to prospective buyers.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable property options.
Schedule and follow up on site visits with the sales team.
Maintain and update client databases with accurate information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and site visit confirmations.
Handle queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
Provide timely feedback to the marketing/sales team on lead quality and customer responses.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or telecalling, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of real estate and residential property trends (training will be provided).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is desirable.
