Outbound Calls:

Contact potential and existing customers to promote products, explain features, and generate interest.

Inbound Calls:

Handle incoming inquiries, concerns, and complaints from customers.

Sales Generation:

Persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments, often working to meet sales targets.

Lead Generation & Follow-Up:

Follow up on leads and existing customers to build relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Data Management:

Accurately record call logs, update customer information in databases, and maintain records of interactions.

Customer Support:

Resolve customer issues, provide solutions, and offer support related to products or services.

Market Research:

Conduct research to understand customer needs and market trends.

Adherence to Policies:

Follow company guidelines, scripts, and protocols for effective communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers.

Persuasion & Negotiation:

Ability to influence customer decisions, handle objections, and close sales.

Customer Service:

A customer-focused attitude with empathy and patience to handle customer needs.

Technical Proficiency:

Basic computer skills, and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Organizational Skills:

Good time management and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
