Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive
Tele Sales Executive
to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, explaining our products, answering queries, and driving sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
Explain Meadbery's product range, benefits, and usage to customers.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and provide relevant information.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve customer engagement strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service (preferred, fresher with good communication skills can apply).
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to handle rejections and work in a target-driven environment.
Good listening skills and customer-focused attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
