Metrotel seeks a dynamic Telesales Executive to drive sales of commercial kitchen equipment and hospitality solutions through outbound and inbound calls. This role focuses on generating leads for restaurant setups, hotels, and cloud kitchens in Kolkata and surrounding areas, meeting sales targets while building client relationships.?
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients like restaurant owners and hotel managers to pitch commercial kitchen equipment, processing orders and upselling services.?
Handle inbound queries, provide product details on kitchen setups and installations, and resolve complaints by liaising with relevant teams.?
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM, tracking progress toward monthly targets.?
Required Qualifications
High school minimum; bachelor's in marketing or business preferred, with 1+ years in telesales or hospitality sales.?
Fluency in English and Hindi/Bengali; proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.?
Essential Skills
Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities to close deals over the phone.?
Self-motivated with proven sales target achievement and customer relationship-building skills.?
Knowledge of hospitality industry trends, especially commercial kitchen equipment, is advantageous.
