Key Responsibilities
Make
200+ outbound calls
daily to prospective leads.
Explain course details, benefits, and offerings clearly to potential students or customers.
Maintain call logs, follow-up records, and daily reporting.
Convert inquiries into walk-ins, registrations, or sales (as applicable).
Adhere to scripts, processes, and organizational guidelines.
Build and maintain a positive relationship with prospective customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication skills in
English, Hindi
, and local
mother tongue
.
1-3 years of experience in
tele-calling, telesales, or customer handling
.
Background in
insurance, credit card sales, banking, or education
preferred.
Ability to handle high-volume calls with professionalism.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM usage, call software, etc.).
