Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented

Telesales Executive

to engage with prospective and existing customers. The ideal candidate should be able to understand customer needs, recommend suitable product solutions, and drive consistent sales growth. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a target-driven environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services. Understand customer requirements and provide personalized product recommendations. Address customer queries and objections with professionalism and clarity. Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools. Follow up with leads to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Coordinate with the internal sales team to optimize results and resolve customer concerns.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a customer-facing role. Strong verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive selling skills. Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
