Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers via phone and explain Shaadi.com services and membership plans.
Assist users with profile creation, customization, and optimization for better visibility.
Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget to offer suitable packages.
Maintain daily call logs and update CRM with accurate information.
Build rapport with clients to encourage long-term engagement and renewals.
Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
Handle customer queries and provide prompt, professional support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in telesales, customer service, or outbound calling.
Excellent communication skills in
Bengali and Hindi
(English is a plus).
Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
