Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products/services. Follow up on leads and conduct cold calls to generate new sales opportunities. Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients. Maintain an understanding of company offerings and stay updated on promotions or changes. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide relevant information. Record accurate information in CRM systems and maintain detailed records of all interactions. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and persuasive telephone manner. Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
