Job Description

Prospect and contact customers:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries.

Sell products and services:

Explain and present products, highlight features and offers, and persuade customers to buy.

Manage customer relationships:

Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, handle their questions, and encourage repeat business.

Achieve sales targets:

Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals on a consistent basis.

Process orders and maintain records:

Accurately record customer information, process purchases, and maintain detailed sales activity logs.

Provide feedback:

Share market trends and customer needs with management and the sales team.

Communication:

Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills are critical.

Customer service:

Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Goal-oriented:

Strong motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.

Organization:

Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow scripts, and maintain accurate records.

Product knowledge:

Must have a deep understanding of the products or services being sold.

Tech proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools is often required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
