Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents, explain about courses.
Answer inbound calls and resolve students/parents queries in a professional manner.
Generate leads, set appointments, or close sales over the phone.
Maintain accurate records of calls, students details, and outcomes in CRM/software.
Follow communication scripts and adhere to company guidelines.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Escalate complex queries to the supervisor/manager when required.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
0-3 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / customer service (freshers can apply).
Prior experience in sales, BPO, or customer care is an added advantage.

Number of calls made/attended per day.
Lead conversion rate / sales achieved.
Customer satisfaction score.
Accuracy of data entry and call logs.
Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service preferred.
