Hooqx is looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven
Telesales Executive
to join our sales team. The ideal candidate must have
2-3 years of proven experience
in domestic telesales and cold calling. The role requires excellent communication in
Hindi and Bengali
, with prior experience in
FMCG telesales
being a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
Present, promote, and explain products/services to customers over the phone.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer details in the CRM system.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Handle objections and resolve customer queries professionally.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in domestic cold calling and telesales.
Proficiency in
Hindi and Bengali
(both spoken and written).
Experience in
FMCG telesales/cold calling
will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
