Job Description

Selling:

Making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell products or services.

Lead Generation:

Identifying and qualifying potential customers through phone conversations, turning them into leads for the sales team.

Customer Engagement:

Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and tailoring sales pitches to meet those needs.

Product Knowledge:

Developing a thorough understanding of the products or services being offered to effectively answer customer questions.

Order Processing:

Accurately recording customer information, processing orders, and managing transactions.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Reporting and Documentation:

Keeping records of calls, sales, and customer interactions, and preparing sales reports.

Meeting Sales Targets:

Consistently working towards achieving and exceeding monthly and yearly sales quotas.

Handling Objections and Complaints:

Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues professionally.

Staying Updated:

Keeping abreast of new products, services, and sales strategies.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
