Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, handling customer inquiries, providing customer support, and closing sales. The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions. Additionally, the representative will be required to maintain customer records and participate in sales training programs.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Experience in Sales and Customer Support

Ability to receive and apply Training effectively

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Previous experience in a telesales role is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?11,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
