Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively call customers/patients to understand their care requirements and provide relevant information about Tribeca Care's services.

Maintain and regularly update customer records, communication history, and need analysis reports in the internal software system.

Coordinate with internal service departments to prepare and share accurate quotations with customers.

Remain reachable beyond regular office hours when required, to handle urgent customer queries or support requests.

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets under a performance-based model.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports to senior management.

Build and maintain a strong customer relationship to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Key Skills & Competencies

:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence in speaking with diverse customers over the phone

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM/telecalling tools

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Willingness to adapt to flexible work hours when necessary
