We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting services, generating sales leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided database.
Explain services, understand customer needs, and answer queries.
Persuade customers to make a purchase or book an appointment/demo.
Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and customer information.
Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with existing customers.
Meet monthly sales targets.
Handle objections effectively and close sales confidently.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Basic computer skills.
