Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales and Customer Handling Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service via telephone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate sales leads and convert them into sales over call.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Provide product information and answer customer questions

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

- Upsell and cross-sell products or services

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven sales experience, preferably in a telesales environment

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

- Strong product knowledge (training will be provided)

- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
