is a leading manufacturer of premium mattresses and hotel linen products, delivering comfort and quality across India. We are looking for a smart and dynamic Telesales Executive with excellent communication skills to be a part of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound telesales calls and respond to inbound queries. Explain company products & services effectively to potential clients. Generate leads, follow up with customers, and convert to sales. Maintain accurate customer records, databases, and sales reports. Coordinate with the sales team for smooth order processing.

Requirements

Education:

Minimum 70% marks in 10th, 12th, Graduation and MBA (mandatory). MBA (Sales & Marketing) - pursuing or completed - candidates will be given first priority.

Communication:

Excellent verbal skills in Hindi/English/Marathi.

Experience/Skills:

Prior telesales / telecalling experience preferred. Strong persuasion & customer handling skills. Computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Word, Email). Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team.

Salary & Benefits
