Vignesh Aravind Transport is seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to support our Sand & Quarry division. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, convert inquiries into sales, and maintain strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Generation
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell sand, blue metal, and quarry materials.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate product information, pricing, and quotations.
Convert leads into confirmed sales orders through effective communication and persuasion.
Maintain updated records of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction. Target Achievement
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Support the field sales team by providing qualified and relevant leads.
Work with the Sales Manager to improve conversions and business growth. Reporting & Administration
Prepare daily call reports, follow-up logs, and sales summaries.
Update management on customer trends, feedback, and potential opportunities.
Ensure all customer interactions and sales activities are accurately recorded. Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends.
Participate in training sessions to improve sales skills and product understanding. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree / diploma preferred.
2 4 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service (construction materials preferred).
Strong communication skills in Tamil & English.
Proven ability to close sales and meet targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills. Key Attributes
