Job Role: Telesales Executive

Gender Preference: Female

Salary: ?10,000 - ?15,000 per month

Incentives: ?2,000 - ?5,000 per lead (based on tenure and business performance)

Yearly Bonus: Performance-based annual bonus

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Key Skills & Responsibilities:

1. Excellent vocal communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Strong interest in cold calling and client interaction.

3. Generating warm leads through outbound phone calls.

4. Sending proposals and follow-up emails to clients.

5. Handling client queries, requests, and maintaining proper information records.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Confident and persuasive communicator.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
