We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Real Estate Tele-sales Executive to join our growing real estate team at our Fazalganj office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, a confident telephone manner, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients generated through online and offline marketing sources.
Explain real estate projects, property features, pricing, and payment plans clearly to customers.
Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with potential leads on a regular basis.
Understand customer requirements and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM or register.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve conversion ratios.
Eligibility Criteria:
Must have strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
