Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Management

: Initiate outbound calls to potential/existing customers, handle inbound inquiries, generate leads, and convert them into sales.

Customer Engagement

: Understand customer needs, recommend suitable products/services, persuade clients, and handle objections professionally.

Target Achievement

: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Record Keeping

: Maintain accurate, detailed records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.

Customer Service

: Address customer issues, resolve complaints, and build lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Collaboration

: Liaise with the sales team and management, providing feedback on market trends and customer preferences.

Product Knowledge

: Stay updated on product features, company offerings, and sales strategies.
