Roles & Responsibilities
Student Counseling:
Counsel students and parents over calls regarding overseas education options, college admissions, and related services.
Sales & Conversion:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote services, convert leads, and generate revenue.
Database Calling:
Call prospective students from the provided database and ensure timely follow-ups. Provide accurate information on universities, courses, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures. Address student queries professionally to ensure clarity, trust, and satisfaction. Record call details, follow-ups, and student information accurately in the system. Build long-term relationships with students to encourage referrals and repeat engagement. Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling and sales targets. Assist the Business Development Manager with reports and sales-related tasks. Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
0-6 months of experience
in tele sales, student counseling, or the edtech sector is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in
Hindi and English
(mandatory).
Knowledge of
college admissions and overseas education
is preferred.
Comfortable working with sales targets and calling-based roles.
Proficient in
MS Office
and basic CRM systems.
Willingness to work
rotational shifts and Sundays
.
Immediate availability
is highly desirable.
