Job Description

A Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound phone calls, promoting products or services, handling customer inquiries, and closing sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Promote and explain products or services clearly
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate customer and call records in CRM systems
Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat sales
Handle customer objections professionally
Requirements:

High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred)
Proven experience in telesales or customer service (preferred)
Good communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work under targets and pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
