About the Company

Alterse Media is a digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and lead generation for industries like healthcare, real estate and e-commerce. We are expanding our inside sales / telecalling team to handle more qualified leads and outbound calling campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Make

outbound calls

to potential customers and business owners from provided lead lists and CRM. Handle

inbound calls

and WhatsApp enquiries, explain services and resolve basic queries. Explain digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, websites) in simple language.

Generate and qualify leads

for the sales team; fix appointments for demos or strategy calls.? Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and lead status in CRM / Excel.? Achieve daily / weekly targets for connected calls, qualified leads and appointments.? Follow calling scripts while personalizing conversations based on customer needs.? Coordinate with the sales / digital marketing team for follow-ups and closures.? Provide feedback from customers to improve pitch and marketing campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications

0-2 years of experience as

Telecaller / Telesales / Call Center Executive / Customer Care

(freshers with good communication can also apply).? Good verbal communication skills in

Hindi and basic English

. Comfortable making 80-150 calls per day and working with monthly targets.? Basic computer knowledge - WhatsApp Web, Excel, CRM or Google Sheets.? Positive attitude, convincing skills and ability to handle objections on calls.?
Preferred (Good to Have)

Experience calling for

digital marketing, education, real estate, healthcare, or financial services

.? Prior experience in telesales / inside sales / telecalling for agencies or startups. Knowledge of CRMs like Zoho, HubSpot, or similar.
Working Hours

Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days) Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (adjust as per your actual shift) Location: Gomtinagar Lucknow
