Understand individual needs and explain relevant educational services, guidance, and programmes
Counsel and convert
leads into enquiries and confirmed service engagements
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM
Achieve
daily and monthly sales/counselling targets
Collaborate with the counselling and admissions team for handoffs and follow-ups
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years
of solid telesales or client-facing sales experience
Strong
counselling, communication, and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a
target-driven environment
Good command of
Hindi
(mandatory) and basic English (preferred)
Ability to handle queries professionally and convert leads effectively
Prior exposure to education/consultancy/admissions related telesales
advantageous
