Understand customer needs and promote company products/services effectively.
Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints with confidence.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and retention.
Follow up with leads regularly and close sales within the defined timelines.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
