Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals
Meet prospective clients and present products/services effectively
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
Negotiate terms and close sales deals in line with company policies
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, accounts) to ensure smooth order execution
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities
