ele Sales Executive - Job Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Generate and follow up on sales leads provided by the company Convince customers and close sales targets within the given timeline Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM Follow up with interested customers through calls, WhatsApp, or email Resolve basic customer objections and provide correct information Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Coordinate with the sales and support team for smooth order processing Ensure compliance with company policies and calling guidelines Collect customer feedback and report market insights to the manager

Skills Required (Optional Section)



Good communication skills (Hindi/English preferred) Persuasive and confident speaking ability Basic computer knowledge & CRM handling Target-oriented and self-motivated Ability to handle rejection and pressure
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,134.42 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
