Maintain call logs, customer details, and follow-up records.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Follow scripts and guidelines to achieve daily/weekly call targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and appointment scheduling.
Meet sales goals through effective communication and persuasion.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, energetic, and willing to learn.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage).
Ability to work under supervision and meet targets.
Positive attitude and strong convincing skills.
