Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle

outbound and inbound calls

to promote company products and services.

Pitch online consultations

and recommend suitable medicines/products to customers. Provide

chat support

and respond to customer queries in a professional manner. Maintain customer engagement with

sympathy, empathy, and patience

. Identify customer needs and offer relevant solutions to ensure satisfaction. Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer feedback in CRM. Achieve assigned

sales targets

and contribute to business growth. Ensure

professionalism and customer service orientation

in every interaction. Collaborate with the sales and operations team for smooth execution of orders and services.

Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience in

tele-sales / customer service

preferred (freshers can also apply). Excellent

convincing and communication skills

(Hindi & English preferred). Strong

customer service mindset

with patience and empathy. Ability to handle rejections and objections positively. Good

written communication

skills for chat and email support. Basic knowledge of

computers, CRM, and MS Office/Google Sheets

. Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
