Job Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
Contact potential customers to offer loan products (Personal Loans, Business Loans, etc.).
Client Guidance:
Explain loan details, eligibility, and documentation requirements to clients clearly.
CRM Management:
Update lead status and customer details in our internal system.
Follow-up:
Maintain regular contact with interested leads until the file is successfully logged in.
Targets:
Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales goals to earn high incentives.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 12th Pass (Any Stream) or Graduate.
Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory), basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude.
Experience:
Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
