Job Title: Assistant Relationship Officer (ARO) Company: Qredit Infotech Solutions LLP o Responsible for making outbound cold calls to potential customers to promote financial products. o Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products. o Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently. o Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups. o Provide accurate information about company offerings and resolve customer queries. o Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and documentation. o Ensure high-quality customer engagement to maximize conversions. o Manage inside sales operations for loan products across Pan India. o Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly. o Contribute to overall business growth through active participation in sales activities.
